At BeeHolder BV, using the BluTool app and web-app (accessible from https://farmerunite.web.app), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by BluTool and how we use it.

Log Files
BluTool follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. Third parties
Third party collecting and storing this data is Google, using the Google Firebase.
Purpose of datacollection
Information collected in the app is information about crops, and the tracing (transactions) of crops. This includes all parties (farmers, buyers, wholesalers, importers/exporters, manufacturers, groceries, customers, etc.) that are involved, including the value streams.
The purpose is to trace crops from farm to fork, aiming for all players in the chain to have a livable income, to contribute to a healthy and sustainable chain, and to give all parties easy access to smart certification.
Safety measures
Precautionary safety measures have been made, and the development of the database and app are under architecture, taking into account both privacy by design as privacy by default.
Opt- in/out
By opting in, farmers can be registered. When opting out they will not be able to participate in the programs affiliated to the app. Their personal information will be deleted after the legal period (for tax purposes in sales tickets etc.) is over. GPS location and crop information may be kept and used for research and statistics.
